Maxiaire is a division of Alabama Heating and Roofing Inc., which was established in 1923 in Birmingham, Alabama. We started as a sheet metal and roofing company but have evolved into a custom stainless steel fabricator.
At Maxiaire we have been providing a quality product with a great reputation with our customers for over 85 years.
We are a family owned and operated business. H.L. “Buddy” Maxwell and his son, James “Ronnie” Maxwell, Sr. purchased Alabama Heating & Rfg. from Mr. Berger in 1973, where Buddy was a trusted employee and had been for many years. Sadly, Buddy has since left us, but Ron and his sons, James and John, have been carrying on the family tradition of expert craftsmanship and family values for more than 20 years. Along with the rest of our employees, we want your business and will do everything possible to help you accomplish your goals.
