Hongkun Belting is a China-based manufacturer of shot blasting belts, industrial conveyor belts, and custom wear-resistant rubber products. We supply foundries, metalworking plants, heat-treatment facilities, shot blasting machine manufacturers, equipment rebuilders, distributors, and industrial end users worldwide.

Our shot blasting belts are designed for tumble belt shot blasting machines used to clean, descale, deburr, and prepare castings, forgings, and metal components. Replacement belts can be manufactured according to machine models, confirmed dimensions, technical drawings, photographs, or existing samples.

Custom options include belt width, perimeter, thickness, hole diameter and pattern, guide structure, cleat layout, rubber compound, and reinforcement construction. Standard and high-wear-resistant shot blasting belts are available for various Chinese and international machine models, including selected Wheelabrator®, Sinto®, and Q32 series machines.

Hongkun also manufactures corrugated sidewall conveyor belts, bucket elevator belts, steel-cord conveyor belts, heat-resistant conveyor belts, vacuum filter belts, and custom rubber wear parts. Trial orders, individual replacement belts, and customized production are available after technical specifications have been confirmed.
