    SP Center sp. z o.o. is a metal surface treatment service provider based in Rzeszów, Poland. Our three core services are controlled shot peening, shot blasting and vibratory finishing (vibro polishing). We welcome enquiries from industrial customers in Poland, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and other European markets.

    CONTROLLED SHOT PEENING
    Controlled mechanical treatment of metal components designed to introduce compressive residual stresses into the surface layer and improve fatigue resistance. Feasibility and process requirements are confirmed for each application.

    SHOT BLASTING
    Mechanical cleaning and preparation of metal surfaces for subsequent processing. The required surface condition is agreed for each order.

    VIBRATORY FINISHING / VIBRO POLISHING
    Deburring, smoothing and polishing of metal parts using vibratory finishing processes. The finishing approach is selected according to the component and its required surface condition.

    INDIVIDUAL QUOTATIONS
    Every quotation is prepared individually. Please send a drawing or component description, material, dimensions, quantity, requested treatment and target delivery date. Batch sizes and delivery dates are agreed for each order.
